Second Option
Start by flattening the center of the slices of bread with the help of a fork.
In a small bowl, add the egg, the salt, the black pepper and whisk everything very well until combined.
Now, to assemble the recipe, take a paper tray.
Place a slice of the bread we prepared, top it with one slice of mozzarella cheese, two slices of cooked ham cut into thin strips, the shredded mozzarella cheese, the egg we prepared and finish with chopped green onions to taste.
Next, to assemble the second slice, place another slice of bread in a paper tray.
Add one slice of mozzarella cheese, one slice of cooked ham, another slice of mozzarella cheese, the slices of tomato and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and the oregano on top of everything.
After doing that, place the slices into an Air Fryer. Place one at a time and let it fry for 5 minutes.
Serve.
