
Start by placing a plate over the puff pastry then cut the edges into finger-thick strips.
Then, remove the plate and fold the pastry strips by braiding them towards the center.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the heavy cream and mix everything very well until combined.
Then cut the cored green apples in half then into strips.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the apples we cut, the honey, the ground cinnamon, the zest of one orange and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
Next, place the apples into the mixture we prepared earlier, the blueberries and mix to combine.
Then, pour this mixture over the pastry we prepared.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, sprinkle powdered sugar to taste all over the dessert.
Serve.
