Bacon-and-Cheese Filled Mashed Potato Pie

Start by adding the medium boiled potatoes to a medium baking dish.Next, using the bottom of a pan, mash them into the baking dish.In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the grated parmesan cheese and mix everything very well until combined.Now, cut the red onion in half, then into strips.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of bacon and fry them until nicely browned.To assemble the recipe, in the potato, add all the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly.Add the onion we cut earlier, the shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon we fried finely cut into thin strips.Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the grated parmesan cheese and mix everything very well until combined.
