Pasta Carbonara

In a small bowl, add the egg yolks and a drizzle of olive oil.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the grated garlic cloves, the dried basil, the grated Parmesan cheese and mix all the ingredients together until combined.Add the warm water, parsley to taste, mix again and set aside.In a medium-sized pot, add the water, the salt and bring it to a boil.Add the spaghetti pasta and let it cook for 6 minutes.After this time has passed, transfer the pasta we prepared to a large dish.Add the sauce we prepared and mix to combine.Finish with grated Parmesan to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.Serve.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 200g of Spaghetti Pasta

Add the warm water, parsley to taste, mix again and set aside.
