
Start by pouring the creamy cheese into 6 bowls lined with the ground beef.
Next, cover the bowls with more ground beef.
Place everything in the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, the tomatoes cut into small cubes, the mayonnaise and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then line the bottom of a large baking tray with the onions cut into thin strips and the large potatoes finely sliced into rounds.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the sliced mushrooms, the mixture we prepared and spread it out.
Next, add the pieces of meat and +150g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
