Banana Dessert with Chocolate Cream

Start by cutting the bananas into round slices.Squeeze the juice of one lime all over the slices and mix.In a large dish lined with a plastic bag, add a drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it using a brush.Add all the bananas slices we prepared covering the entire bottom, transfer to the refrigerator and let it rest.In a large saucepan over medium to low heat add, add the water, the milk, the sugar, the cornstarch, the cocoa powder, the butter and mix everything very well until it turns into a smooth and even cream.Pour all this cream into the dish with the banana slices.Take it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.Serve.

  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 Lime

  • 1 Cup of Water (240ml)
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter

Pour all this cream into the dish with the banana slices. 

Take it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.

Serve.
