Salad
Start by pouring the tequila over the beef steak.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the oregano, the crushed garlic cloves, parsley to taste, the juice of one lime, lime zest to taste and mix everything thoroughly to incorporate into the meat.
Next, cover the baking dish and let it marinate for half an hour.
In a medium bowl, add the avocado cut into small cubes, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the onion cut into small cubes and parsley to taste.
Add the juice of one lime, the jalapeño hot sauce, the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Once the meat has finished marinating, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oi.
Then add the meat and fry until nicely browned.
Remove it from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, slice the beef into thin pieces.
To assemble the dish, place the beef we prepared on a wheat tortilla and top it with the avocado salad.
Serve.
