Sauce
Burger Assembly
Start by stuffing the center of the red and yellow bell peppers with the ground beef.
Next, press the meat down to stuff both bell peppers evenly and cut them into strips, about one finger thick.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and also add the bell peppers we prepared earlier.
Season with salt to taste, black pepper to taste and let everything fry for 2 minutes.
After that, flip them over, and on each one, add one teaspoon of mustard, the slices of onion and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for another 3 minutes.
In another large skillet over medium heat, add a hamburger bun sliced in half, spread it with unsalted butter and toast it until golden brown.
Now, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Next, to assemble the burger, add one tablespoon of the sauce we prepared to the bottom half of the bun and spread it evenly.
Then add the hamburger patty, a slice of tomato, lettuce leaves to taste and close it with the top half of the bun.
Serve.
