
In a large bowl, add the blueberries, the zest of the ripe orange, the honey, mix everything very well to combine and set aside.
In another large bowl, add the cream cheese, the eggs, the sweetened condensed milk, a pinch of ground cinnamon and mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the blueberries we prepared and mix again to combine.
Next, grease a round baking pan by brushing the softened unsalted butter all over it.
The baking pan I’m using measures 30cm in diameter.
After doing that, add the puff pastry, arrange it to fit the shape of the baking pan and prick the entire bottom with a fork.
Add the blueberry mixture we prepared and fold the edges of the pastry inward.
Place it in a preheated oven at 170° C (340° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
To finish, sprinkle powdered sugar to taste.
Serve.
