Banana Cake with Chocolate Sauce

Start by adding the milk chocolate to the boiling water in a skillet over medium heat and stir until the chocolate melts.Add the slices of bread and stir until fully dissolved.Remove this mixture from the heat and set aside.In a blender, add the bananas, the mixture we prepared and blend until combined.Transfer it to a large bowl, add the milk, the sugar, the wheat flour, the cornstarch and mix.Add the baking powder and mix once more.Transfer it to a large baking tray greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the sweetened condensed milk, the butter, the semi-sweet chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.Add the heavy cream and stir again to incorporate.Finally, top the cake with this sauce we prepared and finish with chocolate sprinkles to taste.Serve.

  • 100g of Milk Chocolate

  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Milk

  • 395g of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 100g of Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 200g of Heavy Cream
  • Chocolate Sprinkles to Taste
