
Start by adding the mixed berry jam to the puff pastry in a baking pan, spread it and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla extract and mix until the eggs dissolve.
Add the almond flour, the wheat flour, the unsalted butter and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then transfer this mixture to a piping bag.
Pipe everything in a spiral shape into the baking pan with the pastry and the jam.
Next, add the fresh raspberries and the sliced almonds.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
