Mashed Potatoes
Start by coating the beef steak in the egg yolks and set aside.
Next, grate the onion using the coarse side of a grater and set aside.
Then cut the garlic cloves into small cubes and also chop some parsley to taste.
Add the onion to the skillet with the meat, the garlic, the parsley, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri and stir everything very well to incorporate.
Then bread the steak in panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the steak we prepared and fry until golden brown.
In a large pot, add the potatoes cut into small cubes and enough water to cover everything.
Turn the heat to medium and cook them for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the butter, the salt and mash everything very well until it becomes a puree.
Then add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix once again to incorporate.
Serve.
