Fries
Start by spreading the tomato sauce on the base of the hamburger bun.
Next, coat this bun with the crushed corn flakes.
Repeat this process with 2 more buns.
In a medium bowl, add the ground beef, season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then take a handful of this meat and shape it into a hamburger patty.
Next, take the buns we prepared earlier.
Over each one, place one slice of cheddar cheese, one teaspoon of ketchup, the mayonnaise, one teaspoon of whole-grain mustard and mix until combined.
Then, add 4 slices of pickles, the burger patty we prepared, one slice of mozzarella cheese and transfer them to a large baking tray.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Now slice the peeled potatoes using a vegetable slicer.
Then, rinse them well with cold water and dry them with a cloth or paper towel.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the potatoes we sliced and fry them until golden brown.
Serve the burger with the fries.
