Start by placing the fresh cheese cut into cubes into a large skillet over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until lightly golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and let them cool to room temperature.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the medium onion chopped into small cubes and sauté until golden brown.
Next, add the crushed tomatoes, the salt, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and sauté everything thoroughly for an additional 5 minutes.
Now, transfer all the cheese to a medium bowl, add the unsweetened plain yogurt.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Then coat all the cheese cubes in panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, pour enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Once the oil is hot, add the cheese cubes and fry them until golden brown.
Serve the cheese cubes with the sauce we prepared.
