Cheese-Stuffed Roulade

Start by placing the ZIP-lock bag with the mozzarella cheese into a large pot filled with boiling water and let it melt completely.Now, on a countertop, add the bacon bits, place the melted cheese on top and spread it into a rectangular shape.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the chicken breast cut into small cubes and sauté for 5 minutes.Add the bell peppers cut into strips, the red onion cut into thin strips and sauté everything for another 2 minutes.Then, add the mustard and the ketchup.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and stir to combine.Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir once more.To assemble the recipe, on top of the cheese we prepared add lettuce leaves to taste, the chicken mixture we prepared, spread it evenly and roll everything into a cylindrical shapePlace it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Ziplock Bag

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chimichurri
  • 100g of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce Leaves to Taste

Now, on a countertop, add the bacon bits, place the melted cheese on top and spread it into a rectangular shape. 

In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the chicken breast cut into small cubes and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the bell peppers cut into strips, the red onion cut into thin strips and sauté everything for another 2 minutes.

Then, add the mustard and the ketchup. 

Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and stir to combine. 

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir once more.

Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 15 minutes.
