Start by placing the chicken wings inside an aluminum grater.
Transfer to a large pot over medium heat with boiling water.
Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil covering the bottom, along with the garlic cloves and fry until lightly golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the ketchup, the pickled mustard seeds, the finely diced cloves of garlic, the juice of one lemon, the honey and mix.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the butter and stir until the butter melts.
Add the chicken wings we prepared, season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chili flakes and stir.
Next, add the sauce we prepared and stir.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
To make a salad, in a large bowl, add the bunch of lettuce chopped into strips, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the canned corn, the avocado cut into small cubes, parsley to taste, a drizzle of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, the black pepper, the salt and mix.
