
Start by adding the chicken wings to a kettle filled with boiling water and let them cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and set the wings aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
When that happens, add the chicken wings we cooked earlier and fry them for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and stir to incorporate.
Add the ketchup, the pickled mustard seeds, the juice of one lemon, the honey, the crushed garlic cloves, the soy sauce and mix everything very well.
Next, lower the heat in the skillet and let everything simmer for 5 more minutes.
To finish, add chopped parsley to taste.
Serve.
