
Sauce
Start by cutting the chicken breast into strips, without separating them completely.
Then, fill each cut with a slice of zucchini.
Next, coat it in wheat flour and set aside.
In a medium baking dish, add the beaten eggs, the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Now dip the chicken into this mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the orange juice, the grated garlic cloves, parsley to taste, the juice of half a lemon, the salt and stir everything very well to incorporate.
Finally, add the chicken and drizzle it with this sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve.
