
Start by skewering 2 corn cobs cut into smaller pieces with the bamboo sticks.
Next, tie the sticks together with a piece of string.
Place the corn cobs in a large pot filled with boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the water and remove the kernels from the cob.
Transfer them to a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the granulated sugar and mix everything very well.
In a large skillet, add the cornstarch, the grated coconut, the butter, the milk and stir everything very well until it becomes a smooth, creamy mixture.
Add the kernels we prepared and stir once more to incorporate.
Finally, pour it into some nice serving cups and finish with grated coconut to taste.
