Start by adding the rice to a large skillet over medium heat with one liter of boiling water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove all the rice from the skillet, draining the excess water with a slotted spoon, and transfer everything to a food processor.
Add the milk, blend everything thoroughly until smooth and transfer this blended mixture to a large bowl.
Next, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the dry yeast powder and mix everything thoroughly until it forms a smooth, even batter.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the plastic wrap and mix again to remove any air bubbles from the batter.
Now, add a drizzle of oil to 4 cupcake molds and using a brush, spread it evenly.
Next, using a spoon, scoop the batter into the cupcake molds.
Add guava paste cubes to taste on top.
Transfer them to a steamer basket, cover and let them steam for 20 minutes.
Serve.
