Stuffed Beef Medallions

Start by adding the round ice cubes to the ground beef well spread out and fold the ground beef over the ice cubes.Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 hours.Next, grate the mozzarella and the ham using the coarse side of a grater.In a large bowl, add all the mozzarella cheese we grated, the grated ham, the cream cheese, the oregano and mix everything very well until fully combined.Now, cut the meat with the ice cubes into slices and remove the ice from the center.Transfer to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Season with the salt and the black pepper.Add the filling we prepared using a tablespoon to fill the hole in the center of the meat.Next, add the grated Parmesan cheese, dividing it among the slices of meat.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 4 Round Ice Cubes

  • 200g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 200g of Cooked Ham
  • 300g of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
