
Start by placing the milk chocolate bars into a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the vegetable oil, the eggs and mix everything very well.
Add the wheat flour and mix again until it becomes a smooth and even batter, then add the baking powder and mix again.
Transfer it to a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Place the chocolate bar still in its wrapper into a skillet with hot water and let it heat for 30 seconds.
Once the cake has baked, decorate it with the melted chocolate.
Serve.
