Sauce
To Finish
Start by adding the hot dog sausages to a hot grill greased with vegetable oil.
Then, press them down with a grill press and let them fry for about 2 minutes.
Then flip them over, place the press back on top of them, let them fry for another 2 minutes and set them aside.
Before frying the sausages, make shallow diagonal cuts in both directions on them.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter, a drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter has completely melted.
Add the canned corn and sauté until golden brown.
Transfer the corn to a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise and the grated parmesan cheese.
Season with the garlic powder, the salt, parsley to taste and mix everything very well until smooth and well combined.
After doing that, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the black pepper and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
Now, to assemble the hot dog, take a hot dog bun.
Fill it with the fried sausage, add the sauce we prepared and 2 tablespoons of the creamy mixture we prepared.
Finish it off with green onions to taste.
Serve.
