
Nutella Fudge
Cake Batter
Start by adding the vodka to the Nutella and using a mixer, beat everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Stop beating, cover the bowl, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the Nutella, the butter and stir everything very well until the mixture starts to release from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and mix until it starts to get foamy.
Add the vegetable oil, the vodka, the wheat flour and mix.
Then, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Transfer this batter to a cake pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Add the Nutella and vodka mixture using a spoon.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, add the Nutella fudge we prepared.
Serve.
