
Sauce
Start by adding the beef steaks to a pineapple with the core removed.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and the onion powder.
Cover the pineapple with the crown and mix everything very well to combine.
Take to the refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Then cut up the pineapple core we removed earlier into thick rounds then into cubes.
After the marinating time has passed, remove the meat from the pineapple and cut it into cubes.
Next, assemble skewers with the meat and the pineapple, alternating them.
To prepare a sauce, in a medium bowl, add the barbecue sauce, the soy sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the chimichurri and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Brush the sauce we prepared over everything.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
