Pork Seasoning
Start by pouring vegetable oil into a large skillet over medium heat, enough to cover the bottom, and let it heat up.
Add the pork leg and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Then, make a cut right in the middle to form a hole.
Fill the center of the meat with a large ice cube and let it rest like this for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the ham, the mozzarella, the tomato cut into small cubes, the boiled quail eggs and the pre-cooked potatoes cut into cubes.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly until combined.
To stuff the pork, first brush melted butter evenly over the interior of the meat.
Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Stuff it with the filling we prepared and secure the meat using toothpicks and a piece of string.
Transfer it to a large baking tray and brush butter all over the pork.
Season with salt to taste and black pepper to taste.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 1 hour.
Serve.
