
Start by cutting the hot dog buns in half and place them in a cupcake mold,
Then, using a glass, press them down firmly into the mold.
Then, to make the filling, to each cup, add one slice of cheddar cheese, one teaspoon of cream cheese, and divide the hot dog sausages among the six buns, cutting them into smaller pieces.
Add, to each one, one tablespoon of diced onion, one tablespoon of tomato, also diced, one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, another teaspoon of cream cheese, one tablespoon of crispy potato sticks and one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
Take the mold to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Finish with mustard and ketchup to taste.
Serve.
