
Filling
Start by adding the red onion sliced into strips the ground beef.
Add the tomato, the yellow bell pepper and the red bell pepper cut into smaller pieces and also add parsley to taste.
Next, using a knife, chop everything into very small pieces.
Add the tomato pulp, the crushed garlic cloves and mix everything thoroughly.
Then add this mixture to a fresh, leavened dough and spread it evenly.
Season with a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste and chimichurri to taste.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Once baked, cut it in half.
Then, on one of the halves add the mayonnaise and spread it.
On the other half add the juice of half a lemon, the tomato cut into slices, the red onion and finish with parsley to taste.
Serve.
