
In a small cup, add the ketchup, the mayonnaise, the mustard, the onion, the pickles and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then divide this sauce among four hot dog buns, spread it out and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the smoked hot dog sausages and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Then, in another large skillet over medium to low heat add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the corn, the grated mozzarella cheese, the slices of cheddar cheese and sauté everything very well until the cheese is completely melted.
Once that happens, remove from the heat.
To assemble the recipe, add the fried sausages to the buns and the sautéed corn.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
