In a large bowl, add the beans and the eggs.
Season with the crushed garlic cloves, the onion, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
Add the wheat flour and mix again until combined.
Next, add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
In a baking dish greased with unsalted butter, add the crackers, the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.
Add the ripe tomato sliced into rounds.
Take the baking dish to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the grated mozzarella.
Place it back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and browned.
Serve.
