
Start by placing the puff pastry with the blueberries in a cupcake pan, dividing it into 6 equal portions.
Next, using the bottom of a small glass, make a hole in the center of each portion and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the eggs and whisk everything very well until fully combined.
Add the sugar, the condensed milk, the vanilla extract and mix again.
Then add the strawberries cut into smaller pieces and mix once more to incorporate.
Transfer this cream to the pan with the pastry we prepared and brush the egg yolk over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After the buns have baked, finish with powdered sugar to taste.
Serve.
