
Start by cutting the bread roll in half.
On one half of the bread roll, spread 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder.
Place it in a skillet over medium to low heat and toast until golden brown.
Repeat this process with the other half of the bread roll and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper, spring onion to taste and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of bacon and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet, add the beaten eggs and stir everything very well until cooked in the bacon grease.
Serve.
