
Sauce
Start by making a hole in the center of a small cucumber.
Next, place a hot dog sausage in the center.
Repeat this process with 2 more cucumbers.
In a large pot over medium to low heat, add the water, the salt and bring it to a boil.
Add the cucumbers stuffed with the sausages and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the pot and let them cool to room temperature.
In a medium bowl, add the egg and whisk until it becomes foamy.
Add the milk, the water, the baking powder, the salt and whisk everything very well until it is fully combined.
Then add the wheat flour and mix again.
Next, insert the barbecue skewers into the cucumbers with the sausages and coat them in the batter we prepared.
Transfer them to a large pan over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
To make a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Serve.
