Chicken Liver Pie

Start by placing the garlic cloves in a large skillet over medium to low heat with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom.Add the chicken liver and fry for 5 minutes.After this time has passed, remove from the skillet and cut all of them into smaller pieces.Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, spring onion to taste, the boiled eggs cut into cubes and the whole eggs.Season with the salt and the black pepper.Add the red bell pepper cut into small cubes and mix everything very well until fully combined.Transfer everything to a large sieve lined with an oven safe plastic bag.Take to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.
