
Start by adding the juice of two lemons to the chocolate Nesquik and beat everything very well until combined.
Transfer it to a large bowl, add the whipping cream and beat everything very well until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 20 minutes.
In a mixer, add the milk biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs.
Then cut the ripe strawberry into thin slices without separating them and set aside.
After the cream has chilled, transfer it to a piping bag.
To assemble the recipe, in a nice serving glass add the biscuits we crushed and the cream.
Decorate it with the lemon zest and white chocolate shavings to taste.
Finally, add the strawberry we sliced.
