Dough
Start by cutting the fresh dough into smaller pieces.
Next, dip these dough pieces into the melted unsalted butter.
Then coat each one in the mixture of brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Transfer them to a pan lined with parchment paper and arrange them with your hands.
Take them to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let them bake for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the heavy cream, the softened unsalted butter, the refined sugar, the vanilla extract and mix everything very well until fully combined.
After the rolls have baked, pour the cream we prepared over everything and spread it evenly.
To make the dough we used in this recipe, take a large bowl.
Add the egg, the sugar, the milk, the vegetable oil, the salt, the active dry yeast and mix everything very well until the yeast is dissolved.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
When you can no longer mix it with a spoon, knead it with your hands until it becomes a smooth and even dough.
Cover the bowl and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
