Start by placing the butter in the Ziplock bag with the green grapes and seal it.
Transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat with boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the skillet and mash all the grapes using a rolling pin.
Next, transfer the juice from the grapes to a medium bowl by straining them through a sieve.
Add the sugar, the lemon juice, the zest of one lemon and mix.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the refined sugar, the whipping cream and beat until whipped cream forms.
Then, divide this mixture into 2 equal portions.
In one of them, add the dulce de leche and mix.
In the other half, add the grape juice and mix.
In a food processor, add the milk biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs.
Transfer to a medium bowl, add the melted butter, the hazelnut cream and mix.
In a removable-bottom baking pan, add the Twix bars, arranging them vertically around the edge.
Add the biscuit mixture and spread it evenly over the bottom.
Next, add the grape mixture and spread it out.
Add the dulce de leche mixture and spread it evenly once again.
Place it in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, in a small bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring after each interval until completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and mix.
Finally, add this ganache to the dessert we prepared.
