Start by adding the cooked pasta into a food processor.
Add the coconut milk, the sugar and blend everything thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
If you prefer, you can use a blender to do this step.
Once you’ve done that, transfer this mixture to a large pot, add the milk, the vanilla essence, the cornstarch, the powdered milk, the shredded coconut and stir everything very well
Turn on the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until it thickens.
Turn off the heat, add the butter and stir until fully incorporated.
Then transfer this cream to 2 medium-sized bowls.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to each bowl.
Place them in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake until golden brown.
Serve.
