Pork Loin with Carrot and Cheese

Start by adding the pork loin to a pot over medium heat with boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.Then remove it from the water, make shallow diagonal cuts then repeat these cuts in the opposite diagonal.Season with the salt and the black pepper.Next, grate the carrot using the coarse side of the grater and transfer it to a medium bowl.Add the cream cheese, spring onions to taste, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.Transfer the meat we prepared to a large baking tray.Add the mixture we prepared on top of the pork slices and spread it.Finish with parmesan cheese to taste.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 150g of Cream Cheese
  • Spring Onions to Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese to Taste
