Start by cooking a piece of pork ribs. To do this, tie it to a lid and place it over a skillet with boiling water and let it steam for 5 minutes.
Next, remove it from the skillet, cut it into smaller pieces and coat in wheat flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir everything very well until melted.
Add the ribs we prepared, fry until golden brown and remove the ribs from the skillet.
Then add the onion cut into strips in the skillet, the peeled garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and stir to incorporate.
Add the ribs back in, the beer and the rosemary.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 7 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the tomato sauce, the water and spring onion to taste.
Cover the skillet again and let everything cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
