Start by placing a hot-dog sausage and pasta cube into a large pot filled with boiling water and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Next, remove it from the pot, transfer it to a large skillet over medium to low heat greased with vegetable oil.
Add the beaten egg and fry until golden brown.
Then add the beaten egg around the sides of the cube and continue frying.
Leave only one side open without the egg.
Next, stack the sliced mozzarella cheese with the sliced cooked ham, alternating between them.
Cut it in half, put the slices together, stick them onto a barbecue skewer and transfer to the sausage cube we prepared.
Fill the cube with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Then place the cube on top of the puff pastry and wrap it in this pastry.
Transfer to a large baking tray and brush a beaten egg over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
