Stuffed Cookie

Start by pouring the melted milk chocolate into a baking tray lined with the cookie dough.Add the Biscoff cream and spread it using a stick.Then add the Twix chocolate and cover with more cookie dough.Next, remove any excess of dough.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350 ° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Once baked, let it cool until it reaches room temperature.To make the cookie dough, take a large bowl.Add the butter at room temperature, the sugar, the eggs and mix everything very well until fully combined.Then add the wheat flour, the salt, the baking powder and knead until it becomes a smooth and even dough.Brush everything with one beaten egg. Add the vanilla extract, the bake-stable chocolate chips and mix once more to incorporate.Serve.

Cookie Dough

  • 120g of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ½ Cups of Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Cups of Bake-Stable Chocolate Chips

Modo de Fazer

Then add the Twix chocolate and cover with more cookie dough.
