
Start by placing the plain yogurt on top of the slice of ripe watermelon and spread it evenly.
Then decorate it with the ripe blueberries, the strawberries cut into smaller pieces and mint leaves to taste.
Next, cut it into 8 slices, transfer to a round baking dish and set aside.
Now, scoop out the pulp of the watermelon using a melon baller.
Transfer to a blender and blend thoroughly until it turns into juice.
Next, place it into a large bowl, straining it.
Add the sugar, the unflavored gelatin hydrated according to the package instructions and mix everything very well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Then pour all this mixture into the baking dish with the watermelon slices.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
