
Sauce
Start by cutting the puff pastry into 8 equal pieces.
Then split the ends of the sausages into a cross shape.
To assemble the recipe take one piece of puff pastry that we cut earlier.
Add one slice of cheddar cheese, one of the sausages that we cut earlier and roll it up.
Repeat this process with all the puff pastry and sausages.
Transfer everything to a large baking tray and make shallow cuts on all of them.
Then brush everything with one beaten egg.
Add sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Serve.
