Whipped Cream
Start by rolling a peeled, cored apple coated with unsalted butter in the fresh blueberries and set aside.
The blueberries should stick to the apple.
Do this process with 2 apples.
Next, place these apples on top of the puff pastry discs.
Cut the discs into strips and wrap the pastry around the apples.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the cores of the 2 apples we used, the walnuts chopped into smaller pieces, the honey, the ground cinnamon, the brown sugar and stir everything very well for 5 minutes.
Then add this filling to the pastry-wrapped apples we prepared and brush everything with the beaten egg.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the condensed milk, the powdered milk and beat again to incorporate.
After the apples have baked, finish with the whipped cream we prepared.
Serve.
