Add the chocolate to the bowl with the bananas and mix until combined.
Next, add the ground cinnamon, the vanilla extract and mix again.
Then transfer everything to a plastic container and spread it evenly.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, melt the white chocolate and remove the dessert from the mold.
Finish with the white chocolate.
