In a large saucepan, start by adding the sweetened condensed milk, the egg yolks, the milk, the vanilla extract, the cornstarch and mix until the cornstarch dissolves.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until it turns into a smooth and even cream.
Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
Next, cut the ripe bananas and peel them then cut them into round slices.
Now, squeeze the juice of one lime over the slices.
Then, arrange the banana slices so they cover the entire bottom of a large bowl lined with plastic wrap.
Add some of the cream we prepared and spread it with a spoon.
Then make a layer with the ladyfinger biscuits dipped in milk then make another layer with the cream.
Repeat this process, alternating between the cream and the ladyfinger biscuits until the entire bowl is filled.
For the final layer, add the red berries.
Top it with another layer of ladyfinger biscuits and add some cream to all of them.
Finally, cover it with plastic wrap.
Take it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, unmold the dessert and finish by adding the melted semi-sweet chocolate.
Serve.
