Sautéed Meat
Start by mashing the cooked potatoes into a cupcake pan.
Next, in each one, place 1 tablespoon of sautéed ground beef, the tomato cut into small cubes, spring onion to taste and the grated mozzarella cheese, divided among them.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
After the potato cups have baked, finish with the sauce we prepared.
To make the meat we used in this recipe, take a large skillet and turn it to medium-low.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, the ground beef and sauté until all the liquid from the beef has been released.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Serve.
