
Seasoned Meat
Start by assembling two skewers with meatballs and slices of eggplant, alternating the ingredients.
Next, assemble another skewer the same way by alternating slices of potato and ground beef meatballs.
Transfer them to a baking tray, add the green bell pepper sliced into strips and the tomatoes cut into smaller pieces.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on top of each skewer.
Then add a drizzle of olive oil over everything.
Season with salt to taste and black pepper to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and roast for 40 minutes.
To assemble the recipe, place one of the skewers on a flour tortilla and remove the skewer.
Also add the roasted tomato, the bell pepper and close it by wrapping it.
Repeat this process with all the other skewers.
To season the meat we used in this recipe, take a bowl.
Add the ground beef, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then shape all the meat into balls.
Serve.
