
Start by placing the can of beer into a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and let it heat up.
Next, remove it from the skillet and pour the beer over the ground beef.
Add the onion cut into small cubes, the grated potato, the carrot also grated, the red bell pepper cut into small cubes, the cream cheese, the grated mozzarella and the grated cheddar cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then take a handful of this mixture and shape it into a meatball.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
Transfer them to a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Make indentations on each one using a tablespoon.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
